We stayed at this house and were very satisfied with our experience. The house was spotless, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home, even leaving a fruit basket in the fridge as a welcome gesture. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend it!

Our stay at Anna’s was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we walked in, we were immersed in a beautifully designed space that radiated warmth, tranquility, and sophistication. Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and inviting. The space is impeccably clean, and it’s evident that a great deal of care goes into maintaining it. High-end amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable, from plush bedding to a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we could possibly need. The ambiance is serene and calming, making it the perfect retreat. Whether we were enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the peaceful energy of the home made our experience truly special. Even the smallest touches—like carefully chosen decor elements and thoughtful amenities—elevated our stay to a five star experience. We can’t recommend Anna’s highly enough and would return in a heart beat

Situated in a lovely area and in close proximity to several shops, this home is ideal for a family or to share with business executives on a working trip . With a well equipped kitchen, and comfy beds - this place comes well recommended from us

Absolutely superb place to stay at. Very comfortable and not too far away from the bars and restaurants in the Guildford area. Dayo is a great host. Will definitely stay again

It was like taking a trip back to the 60’s, in the best possible way, when we walked through the front door! We stayed here for 4 months while insurance was fixing our home. Great little house with an enclosed back yard and pet friendly. Eddie was one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had and got back to us immediately if we ever had to contact him. I highly recommend this little charmer of a house AND Eddie, who was an absolutely fantastic host. The house is super secure and I felt safe there even when my husband was working away. 5mins from the beach, shops, pub and a great walk around Lake Coogee.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and close to River. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Amazing stay! The apartment was lovely, with great amenities. We had great use of the communal area outside to include the pool. The apartment was clean and modern. The location was close to local lakes and parks and we were able to explore Rottnest Island, Hilarys harbour and Caversham wildlife park during our stay within an easy drive of all. The host Bella was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even better, and the guide she put together was really useful. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Perth and we would love to stay here again one day.

I had broken my ankle on vacation and had surgery a few days before arrival. Thomas went above and beyond to help my wife and I settle into the apartment. The property has a great location to access the city and the immediate vicinity has a number of great restaurants and a very good grocery store quite walkable from the apartment (without a broken ankle). The furnishings and features of the property were all excellent and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay in a beautiful Tuscan inspired, safe and quiet area. Good for beach escapades or local walks. Overall easy check-in and checkout. ☀️😊

I booked Flaka’s apartment for my grandparents who were visiting Perth for 3 months. They had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved the apartment - it was beautifully furnished, clean and in such a convenient location super close to a variety of public transport. Flaka was wonderful and friendly to deal with and responded to all queries very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Flaka’s apartment again in future :)

Kirk’s place is in a great location to explore central Perth. So much within walking distance. Great sized place with a full kitchen & laundry which is super handy. Aircon was so needed on the hot days we experienced. Kirk is super responsive to questions.

Dorcas was the best she provide us everything we need during our stay ! Highly recommend

Really spectacular views from the balcony, and brilliant location! We walked everywhere. The gym was very handy too. Mark / Karen were really nice and responsive and ensured that we were able to check in smoothly. Many thanks!
