Daca as putea, as da mai mult de 5 stele, recomand acest apartament cu toata increderea, pe langa ca este unul dintre cele mai frumoase si dotate apartamente in care am stat, gazda este de nota 10+ orice problema am avut(au fost putine), am apelat la el si s a rezolvat imediat, cu o atitudine foarte prietenoasa. Pe scurt, o experienta de nota 10+, cu siguranță ma voi intoarce.

Andreeas Unterkunft liegt ziemlich zentral. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet! Wir können Andreeas Unterkunft vom ganzen Herzen empfehlen!

The apartment was comfortable, super clean, and nicely furnished. The host was prompt in communicating and provided clear instructions. We had a little difficulty finding the place in the dark but it was because Google maps gives directions to the street behind the bloc. But once we realized that everything was easy. We had a nice stay and certainly recommend.

We recently attended a congress at a nearby hotel, and this location was absolutely ideal for us! It offered the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again. There’s a small supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, a charming bakery down the street, and public transport is easily accessible. Plus, the free underground parking was a fantastic bonus—safe and secure! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Apartamentul lui Florin ne-a oferit o ședere unde ne-am simțit ca acasă. Am stat 2 nopți, împreună cu bunicii și un bebe de 6 luni, ne-am simțit extrem de confortabil. Apartamentul corespunde descrierii și fotografiilor, este într-o zona bună, liniștită și ușor accesibilă pt BT Arena. Este un apartament călduros (am avut posibilitatea de a ne regla temperatura dorită, fiind important acest aspect pt bebe), extrem de curat, dotat cu toate cele necesare, nu ne-a lipsit absolut nimic. Florin ne-a așteptat pt check in și loc de parcare, ne-a intrebat pe parcursul șederii dacă avem nevoie de ceva, nimic de reproșat. Vom reveni cu drag!

Am avut parte de o experiență fantastică la acest apartament de Revelion! 🏡 Totul a fost exact așa cum ne-am dorit: curățenie impecabilă, un decor modern și primitor, iar spațiul a fost perfect pentru a ne simți ca acasă. Gazda a fost super amabilă și atentă la detalii, asigurându-se că avem tot ce ne trebuie Recomand din tot sufletul acest apartament, fie pentru o vacanță liniștită, fie pentru o ocazie specială, cum a fost Revelionul nostru. Cu siguranță vom reveni! 🌟 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Suntem foarte mulțumiți de timpul petrecut aici, locul a fost exact asa cum este descris, totul foarte curat, totul la îndemână. Ne-a fost foarte util check-in-ul flexibil, deoarece am ajuns după ora 23. Ne-am simțit ca și acasă! Mulțumim mult pentru primire!

Florin's place was perfect in terms of location and in terms of comfort. Florin was very honest and communicable person, even we did not meet, answers were always quick and complete.

Very nice apartment with good size rooms and well heated. Lovely quiet location and well connected by public transport. We had a nice stay and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend.

O locatie mai mica e un studio dragut pentru noi a fost perfect dar cocheta in interior ,curata,cu gust..are tot ceea ce trebuie .

Apartament curat si spatios. Zona este linistita, foarte aproape de BT Arena si usor de ajuns in Old Town. Perfect pentru 2-4 persoane. Gazda foarte prietenoasa si ne-a oferit instructiuni clare pentru a ajunge la apartament!

I can recommend Gilda's place to anyone looking to stay close to the city centre. It was a very pleasant stay, I would happily come back here. It's a very clean, cozy space, and it smelled so nice too!

A Fő térnél található, központi, de abszolút csendes, békebeli ingatlan, vastag falú történelmi épület. A lakás berendezése kellemes, antik és vintage bútorok, illetve modern fürdő és konyha, kényelmes ágy és chill kanapé található benne. A konyha és a fürdő jól felszerelt. Kiemelném, hogy Kolozsváron nagyon nehéz ízléses, mértéktartó, balanced berendezésű Airbn-t találni, így a sok csiricsáré és ízléstelen lakás között üdítő kivétel Szabolcs mindful és demure, jó hangulatú, a régi Kolozsvárt idéző ingatlana. A bejutás és az infoátadás gördülékeny volt, és külön köszönet későn kelő vendégként, hogy a kicsekkolásban rugalmas volt. Az udvarban lehet parkolni külön díjért, ami biztonságos és kényelmes opció. Ajánlom a vendéglátót.

O locație excelentă și superbă din toate punctele de vedere. Este foarte aproape de Iulius mall (cred că e un drum de 15 min de mers pe jos). Cazarea in sine, foarte frumos amenajata, dotată cu tot ce aveai nevoie, și mi-a plăcut enorm tematica apartamentului.M-am simțit că acasă!😇 Recomandat cu căldură aceasta cazare! Cu siguranță dacă voi mai veni prin Cluj, o sa revin la Boat House!😁

Chiar daca am stat doar 1 noapte , totul a fost perfect. Mulțumesc pentru amabilitate. Cu siguranță vom reveni !
