Appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Gli host avevano lasciato anche alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui latte, marmellatine, crostatine ecc..) e per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a far spesa perché c’era già lo stretto necessario (come il caffè per la mattina, il sapone per le mani ecc..). Nel bagno erano riposti anche kit per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Fabio e Monica sono stati molto disponibili, reattivi nelle risposte e cordiali. Una esperienza molto positiva!

Gigi and Ludovica were first of all perfect hosts! Since the first communication, until the check out, the were kind, helpful, positive, gave fantastic recommendations, ask how are we, if we need anything, and if anything was missing they immediately took care of it, always with a smile. The villa is beautiful, private, well renovated, while keeping the Tuscan style. The rooms, shower rooms, kitchen, and living room looks great and fully equipped with all we needed, and more, including a generous welcome package in the kitchen. What can I say... the perfect place for a Tuscan vacation.

A very special home with beautiful historic antiques and a kind warm host. Our family of 4 with teens had plenty of space and absolutely loved the location. Everything is walkable 3-10 minutes to very good restaurants, 25 minute walk to the coliseum, and everything in between. Tons of beautiful museums and gardens nearby. The secret room is also an added bonus for kids. House was clean spotless and comfortable.

Maria Francesca is the nicest host, very accomodating and her place is beautiful. Exceptional location close to restaurants grocery stores, cafés, etc. with a gorgeous view of Assisi from the front balcony. The huge back terrasse is drenched in sunlight all day with a table in the shade; the perfect place for lunch or dinner al fresco. The appartment is fully equipped for cooking, laundry, etc. Highly recommended! F

Ottima posizione, bellissimo appartamento arredato con stile. Caldo, accogliente, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari. Montefalco è un borgo splendido. Vicinissimi diversi altri borghi magici, facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Se proprio dobbiamo aggiungere degli appunti, consiglierei un nuovo servizio di pentole e padelle. In breve: Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno di relax e comfort

Ricardo ist ein wirklich zuvorkommender, freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Gastgeber, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden und genau richtig, um aus dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes streiften allerhand Tiere über das Grundstück wie Wildschweine, Fasane, Stachelschweine und Rehe. Die Hütte hatte keine Nachbarn und man ist vollkommen in der Natur der Toskana. Ich kann die Hütte vollkommen empfehlen. Einzige kleine Abstriche sind dass der Pool schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr so frisch wie auf den Fotos aussieht und dass die Sauna etwas verzogen ist, wodurch an vielen Stellen Wind in die Sauna zieht und man relativ lange benötigt an kalten Tagen die Sauna und den Whirlpool anzuheizen.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.
